These appointments reflect the continued growth of Robogals as we work towards empowering young women and non-binary students to explore and pursue careers in STEM fields. Welcoming New Directors Nicole Brown is a passionate, driven, and determined engineer and leader who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the board. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Creo Structures in Melbourne, Nicole’s extensive background inengineering leadership and her previous role as Global CEO of Robogals from2013 to 2016 make her an invaluable asset to the board. Nicole’s deepunderstanding of Robogals’ mission and vision, combined with her technicalexpertise, will be crucial as we continue our work to inspire and mentor the nextgeneration of women in STEM.Lakshmi Easuwaran is the Group General Manager – Head of SoftwareEngineering Delivery and Operations CoE/Agile Coach at Telstra, where sheleads large-scale engineering and operations teams. Lakshmi is passionate aboutdiversity in STEM and brings a wealth of experience in technology, leadership, andorganizational change.
