Melbourne, Australia – February 11, 2025 – Robogals Global, the international nonprofit organisation dedicated to inspiring and empowering young women and non-binary individuals to pursue careers in STEM, is excited to announce the appointment of Janaki
Saba as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Janaki brings a wealth of experience in leadership, strategy, and operations, currently
serving in a strategic role with Slalom, a global consulting firm. With a demonstrated track record of driving growth and fostering inclusive environments, she has become a recognised advocate for underrepresented groups in the STEM field. Janaki’s expertise spans across
leading diverse teams and executing strategic initiatives designed to promote diversity and inclusion within technology and engineering.
As Robogals’ new CEO, Janaki is deeply passionate about empowering women and non-binary individuals to thrive in STEM careers. She is committed to working collaboratively with the talented members of Robogals to further the organisation’s mission of inspiring the next
generation of STEM leaders. Through mentorship, educational programs, and hands-on opportunities, Janaki aims to continue expanding Robogals’ impact globally. “I’m absolutely thrilled to step into the role of CEO and be part of such an inspiring
