we work towards empowering young women and non-binary students to explore and
pursue careers in STEM fields.
Nicole Brown is a passionate, driven, and determined engineer and leader who
brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the board. Currently serving as a
Senior Engineer at Creo Structures in Melbourne, Nicole’s extensive background in
engineering leadership and her previous role as Global CEO of Robogals from

expertise, will be crucial as we continue our work to inspire and mentor the next
generation of women in STEM.
