Each year, our three regions, APAC, EMEA, and North America, host SINE (Seminar Inducting New Executives), Robogals’ flagship leadership conference, usually hosted by a university chapter. SINE 2025 brings together chapter leaders, regional teams, and the central team for an exciting programme designed to strengthen our volunteer network and set direction for the year ahead.

Across the conference, volunteers take part in inspiring leadership and professional development sessions, share what is working across chapters, and collaborate on fresh ideas to improve and evolve our workshops and community experiences. SINE 2025 also creates dedicated time for regional planning and connection, aligning on priorities, building capability, and supporting new and returning executives to lead with confidence.
